Our wood-fired smoker, built in Texas, is cooking "low and slow" BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Brisket & Burnt Ends, Pulled Chicken Thighs, Turkey Breast, Kielbasa, and Pulled Pork Shoulder, smoked with real cherry wood and sugar cane until it is "fall off the bone" tender and loaded with that amazing down south BBQ flavor.
